WHAT ARE OUR PAYMENT METHODS?

 

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PAYPAL or Bak Wire.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ITEM I ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK?

 

When your order is paid you will be informed about the estimated delivery time of the missing product.

You will have 3 options:

1. Confirm the order with the new delivery time

2. We suggest an alternative product and you confirm it;

3. You can cancel the order and get the money back.

 

CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER WHERE I WANT?

 

Whatever it is your adress, we can deliver your order

 

HOW DO I KNOW HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING COST?

 

We have shipping values for each country.

Above a certain amount we offer the shipping. The Total order for free shipping is diferent for each country (In Portugal is 85€ for example).

You can know the total shipping cost before payment, in your shopping cart.

 

HOW DO YOU DELIVER YOUR ORDERS?

 

All the orders are delivered by professional shipping companies, with a Tracking Number that allows to follow the order and ensure they get to you.

 

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

All orders confirmed and paid untill 15h are shipped in the same day.

 

DO YOU SHIP TO ALL COUNTRIES?

 

We easily deliver in all European Countries, for orders from other countries just contact us, and we'll do our best to get you the best equipment!

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

 

You have 15 days to return the goods after you buy them. You can do it if you return them in the original package, in the same conditions they have been sold and with the original Invoice.

 

IF THE GOODS HAVE MALFUNCTIONS OR FAULTS, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

 

First thing to do is contact us by phone 00351 227838431 or email loja@emboscada.pt telling what happened.

If we cant solve the situation by phone or email, the item must be returned to our warehouse to fixing or replacement.

 

WHAT TO DO IF MY ORDER WAS DAMAGED BY THE SHIPPING COMPANY?

 

When you receive the order you should check it. If any damage is visible, write them in the shipping company waybill and inform us in 24h.
